Psalm 51:10 (NKJV)
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

Psalm 51:10  (The Message Bible)
...Don't look too close for blemishes, give me a clean bill of health. God, make a fresh start in me, shape a Genesis week from the chaos of my life.

In Genesis 1:31 (NKJV)
Then God saw that everything that he had made, and indeed it was very good…

Everything that God created in Creation (Genesis) Week was indeed good and perfect, But all went wrong when Adam and Eve disobeyed God's command. That is when man began to experience pain, failure and a hostile world after God threw them out of the garden.

Genesis Week is a time when God speaks into the chaos in your life to bring it shape and form. God reshapes your life according to His Will and design. The Potter will speak into the void and darkness of your life, creating for you a new thing. God breathed into the man Adam He created and He became a living soul: Genesis 2:7. So in Genesis Week, this is when God begins to breathe into our lives through The Holy Spirit that we may be able to live the supernatural life, The ZOE life, the God kind of life, life more abundantly. Ephesians 2:1 says "And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins."  In John 5:17 Jesus said my Father has been working until now… Working? We thought God rested from all His works. God is still working, restoring broken lives, giving them a new start and reshaping the Genesis Week in broken vessels.

The Bible also says in 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new." This is where Genesis Week begins. God becomes The Potter and starts to create and speak things in our lives through His Word and His Holy Spirit, giving us life through Christ our Saviour.

Genesis Week does not stop. It  continues until Jesus Christ's return. It takes us through the renewing of the mind, sanctification, restoration of lost good things, healing of our lives, growing and developing our RELATIONSHIP  with God. God will begin the process of furnishing the restored life with the Gifts of The Holy Spirit and the Fruit of The Holy Spirit.

In Revelations 21:5 Jesus said "…Behold, I make all things new…" Despite your past, or how you were born or to whom you were born, God does not consult your past to give you a future. Yesterday is in the tomb and tomorrow, your future is the the womb, ready to be birthed.

Let The Potter shape your life. Allow Him to shape a Genesis Week from the chaos in your life, for the healing of your brokenness. Amen.
